Robert is an associate in the Helena, MT, office who joined the firm in August 2021. Prior to joining, Robert enlisted in the Marine Corps and participated in Operation Enduring Freedom with multiple deployments to Afghanistan. After his service, Robert attended college at Montana State University graduating with bachelor’s degree in history and received his J.D. from University of Montana. Robert predominantly practices in creditor rights and bankruptcy as well business organization and trust and estates.

For creditor rights and bankruptcy, Robert assists clients in matters related to debt collection including, retail sale accounts, rental-purchase agreements, residential and commercial evictions, construction liens, tax deed applications, tax deed quiet title litigation, and compliance with consumer protection laws such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. As for business organization and estate and trusts, Robert assists clients with business formation, contract drafting, commercial and residential purchasing/selling/leasing, and judicial divisions of real property; as well as, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and estate administration.

Robert was born in Nebraska but has been residing in Montana since 2014. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs exploring the mountains and lakes surrounding the Helena area.
