Allison Dubs is an Associate in the Billings office and a member of the Energy and Environment Practice Group. Allison’s practice encapsulates a range of intersecting issues within the broader scope of her practice group. She is an integral part of the Crowley Fleck team, which represents energy development and mining clients in a wide range of commercial transactions, from conducting due diligence to helping structure and execute asset purchases and sales. Allison also assists small business and individual clients in real estate related matters, including easement disputes, transactions, and land use.
Allison is thorough in her work, always sure to produce the best results for her clients. She enjoys forming long-term, productive relationships with her clients, allowing her to help them with any and all of their legal needs for years to come. When Allison began working at Crowley, the foundations she built with her clients held firm and many of them followed her, and her diligence, when she changed firms.
Outside of the office, Allison is a third-generation cattle producer and maintains an active role in her family’s registered Angus herd. She is a member of several nonprofit organizations that highlight the importance of protecting the agricultural industry. Most of Allison’s spare time is spent working with her family’s cattle operation, enjoying the great outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.
