Jeana is Of Counsel in the firm’s Billings, MT office. She is a member of the Employment Law, Healthcare, and Tort Litigation practice groups. Jeana specializes in matters before the Human Rights Bureau and the Office of Civil Rights, as well as a vast array of healthcare and government-related issues.

Born and raised in Billings, Jeana spent several years practicing law in Chicago before returning home to raise her family. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Honors Program at Montana State University and her law degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Jeana’s favorite pastimes are golfing with her family and cheering on her Cubs and Bears.

Prior Experience (Employment)

Jeana has extensive experience representing both local and national companies. She began her career practicing Intellectual Property litigation in Chicago where she focused on portfolios for entities across the globe. After returning home to Montana, Jeana has represented local governments in employment and day-to-day advising on an array of matters, most recently serving Yellowstone County as the Chief Civil Deputy County Attorney. Jeana specializes in healthcare, employment and tort litigation defense.
