Marina Tucker is an attorney in the Billings office and focuses her practice on tort litigation, employment, commercial litigation, and workers compensation.

Marina received her Juris Doctorate in 2019 from Tulane University School of Law. During law school, she was honored to serve as a student attorney with Tulane’s Civil Rights and Federal Practice Clinic and as the Editor in Chief of Tulane’s Journal of Law and Sexuality. As a student attorney, Marina successfully argued an appeal before a seven member panel of the Louisiana Board of Pardons. She is proud to have been selected as the research assistant for both Professor Robert Force, Chair of Admiralty and Maritime Law , and Professor of Evidence, Michael R. Fontham.

As an undergraduate, Marina attended New York University where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. There, she received the NYU Founders Day Award for academic excellence. Marina also has a Master of Arts in clinical psychology and previously served for several years as a family court social worker at King County Superior Court in Seattle, WA.

When not working, Marina can be found horseback riding, skiing, and spending quality time with her family. She is thrilled to have the privilege to practice law in Montana.
