Taylor M. Thompson is an Associate in the Billings office and a member of the Tort Litigation Practice Group. Taylor’s practice is largely focused on commercial and construction law matters, where she works on a wide range of matters, such as representing homeowners on construction defect claims, and representing engineers and general contractors in pursuing construction liens. She also assists clients in breach of contract cases, easement disputes, and road disputes. 

Taylor enjoys the litigation process and appreciates the opportunity to seek justice for those who are wronged. In her short time in practice, Taylor has developed a strong reputation with her clients through her signature thoroughness and keen eye to detail. 

Taylor was born and raised in Kansas and received a B.Ed. in Kinesiology from Washburn University and her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS. While in law school, she served as the community service chair for the children and family law center; she was a Representative At-Large and a 3L Representative for the Washburn Student Bar Association; she served as an Articles Editor for Volume 62 of the Washburn Law Journal; and was a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law II. Taylor joined Crowley Fleck after completing a summer internship with the firm. 

In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, running, skiing, or hiking with her dog Remmi.
