Whitney Kolivas is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Casper, WY office. Whitney’s practice is focused on real property and complex commercial, contract, and banking disputes. Throughout her practice, she has represented businesses and individuals in the state and federal courts across Montana.
Whitney graduated with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law, where she was an Editor of the Public Land and Resources Law Review and the Contracts teaching assistant. Following graduation, Whitney served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn S. Ostby, United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Montana. Whitney received her undergraduate degree, graduating cum laude, from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
