Crowley Fleck’s Kristy Buckley was recently elected to the Pacific Coast Area TE/GE Council. The Council consists of employee plan practitioners in the 13 states covered by the Pacific Coast Area of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division. The Council works closely with IRS members to mutually share comments and ideas regarding both policies and specific tax issues and procedures relevant to employee benefit plans.
