Kimberly S. More is a Partner in the Commercial and Litigation Departments in the Kalispell office. Since joining the firm in 2001, Kimberly’s practice had included a wide range of civil litigation involving both trial and appellate work. She has substantial experience in personal injury, products liability, employee benefit plans and real estate litigation. Her wide range of experience provides her with the ability to evaluate and facilitate the successful, reasonable and lasting resolutions to the parties’ conflict.
Neil Westesen has over 25 years of experience litigating all types of construction claims. He has represented owners, contractors, surety companies, and design professionals. His breadth of experience has permitted him to resolve numerous construction cases through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in American for Construction Law for over 10 years and was the 2017 Lawyer of the Year for Billings in the area of Construction law. He has also previously served as a mediator and arbitrator of construction claims.
In thirty two years of practice, Jon Dyre’s cases have included workers compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, products liability, eminent domain and some oil and gas/mineral rights disputes. Although Jon has practiced almost exclusively on the defense side, he is able to understand and appreciate both sides. His personal style is to cut through the chafe and focus on the key issues, while keeping an open mind and listening to both sides. His years of litigation experience provides him with the perspective to tell the parties if they are taking an unreasonable position, a skill that is helpful in coming to the resolution of complex matters.
William J. (Bill) Mattix has been practicing with Crowley Fleck since he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1983. In that time he has handled numerous personal injury cases and employment cases. He has represented clients in litigated cases in both state and federal court and before the Montana Human Rights Bureau. His current practice emphasizes employment-related matters, including wrongful discharge and discrimination cases, personal injury and property damage cases. He is a frequent lecturer on employment law and he has represented clients in dozens of mediations in state and federal court. He is experienced in evaluating liability and damage issues and has assisted numerous clients in resolving cases through negotiated settlements.
Steve Jennings is a Partner in the Billings Litigation Department. His primary practice areas are workers’ compensation law and real property disputes. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1986. After a career in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Jennings attended the University of Montana School of law where he graduated in 2003 with honors. Mr. Jennings has been practicing with Crowley Fleck since then and has successfully tried and argued many cases before Montana’s federal and state courts as well as the Montana Supreme Court. Mr. Jennings is a frequent lecturer on Workers’ Compensation law and has represented workers’ compensation insurers in hundreds of mediations. Mr. Jennings continues to provide legal advice and trial representation to insurers and individual clients regarding workers’ compensation and real estate disputes, two areas in which he would be well-positioned to offer mediation services.
