Kimberly S. More is a Partner in the Kalispell office and a member of the Commercial and Natural Resources Litigation Practice Group. Kim defends clients in insurance litigation matters, including tort litigation, professional negligence, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including personal injury, personal liability, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and easement and landowner disputes. Kim loves the variety in her cases and the endless opportunities to become an expert in new areas of the law. She works closely with her clients to get their disputes resolved as quickly and economically as possible.
Kim earned her J.D., Summa Cum Laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2001 and began her career with Crowley Fleck that same year. She has had the opportunity to build productive and recurring relationships with her clients in her more than two decades with the firm.
Kim is an active member of her community. She is a member of the board and previously served as President of CASA for Kids, an organization dedicated to providing advocates for abused and neglected children in Flathead County. She is also a member of Montana State P.E.O., which provides financial assistance to women pursuing educational opportunities.
In her free time, Kim is an avid reader and enjoys crocheting and gardening.
