Kimberly S. More is a Partner in the Commercial and Litigation Departments in the Kalispell office. Kimberly’s practice includes a wide range of civil litigation involving both trial and appellate work. Her principal areas of practices are insurance defense and commercial litigation including personal injury, product liability, real property, Americans with Disabilities Act, and ERISA. Kimberly graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law summa cum laude in May, 2001, and was a member of the Gonzaga law review. She received her undergraduate degrees in political science and international relations with honors from Carroll College in 1998. Kimberly is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Montana and in Washington state courts. Kimberly currently serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Montana Historical Society and is active with Habitat for Humanity.
